The rapid advancement of digital technology and the growth of the creative economy have significantly transformed the ways in which knowledge and intellectual works are created, disseminated, and monetized. In the context of higher education, animated films produced by students as academic and creative outputs hold great potential to be developed into valuable digital assets. However, a gap remains between the creative potential of student works and the availability of systematic mechanisms to manage, showcase, and preserve them. This study aims to develop an Integrated Knowledge Management Framework that combines the SECI model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) and the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) to support digital animation platforms showcasing student creative works. The research employs a qualitativeâsystem development design with an iterativeâconstructive approach. The main result of this study is a two-layer conceptual framework, positioning the SECI model as the humanâcognitive engine for knowledge transformation and the KMSLC as the technicalâsystemic structure for knowledge lifecycle governance. This framework facilitates efficient digital archiving, dynamic knowledge sharing, and transparent governance of intellectual property and royalty distribution. Theoretically, this study extends the integration of knowledge management models within the creative industry. Practically, it provides an implementable framework for higher education institutions to transform student creative works into sustainable digital intellectual assets, bridging the gap between education and creative entrepreneurship.
