3D Artist

- Create and develop 3D models, assets, textures, and materials for various digital projects.

- Assist in creating 3D environments, objects, characters, and other visual elements.

- Perform UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and basic rendering.

- Optimize 3D assets to ensure performance and compatibility with real-time applications.

- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to meet project requirements.

- Make revisions and improvements based on feedback from the creative and development teams.

- Research and explore new 3D techniques, tools, and industry trends.

- Maintain organized project files and documentation.

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree or diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Game Development, or a related field.

- Familiarity with at least one 3D software, such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.

- Basic understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, UV mapping, lighting, and rendering.

- Understanding of basic 3D concepts, topology, and mesh optimization.

- Familiarity with texturing tools such as Substance Painter is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.

- Creative mindset with good visual awareness and attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve technical skills.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote working environment.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a distributed team.

- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.

- Fluent in English both passive and active.
